CHILLI CHICKEN DRY – RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
• Boneless chicken – 300 g (small cubes)
• Cornflour – 2 tbsp
• Maida – 1 tbsp
• Egg – 1 tbsp (optional)
• Ginger–garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Soy sauce – 1 tsp
• Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Onion – 1 (cubed)
• Capsicum – ½ (cubed)
• Green chillies – 3–4 (slit)
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Vinegar/Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Salt – as needed
• Oil – for frying
STEP 1: MARINATE
Mix chicken + cornflour + maida + ginger–garlic paste + soy sauce + pepper + salt + 1–2 tsp water.
Rest for 15–20 mins.
STEP 2: FRY
Fry the chicken on medium flame until golden & crispy. Keep aside.
STEP 3: TOSS
Heat 1 tbsp oil → add green chillies → onion → capsicum.
Add soy sauce + red chilli sauce + vinegar.
Add fried chicken and toss on high flame for 2–3 mins.
Finish with pepper & spring onions.
DONE!
